Yoon Cho’s video performance of short juxtaposed readings from Lover’s Discourse by the linguist, Roland Barthes and instruction and warning from a glue explores the emotion of love.

The reading of the book on subject of love gets lost in words and detached from emotion. On the other hand, the reading of what is seemingly dry instructions and warning texts from the glue, which bonds two elements together, becomes full of emotion.
